In the Name of God Amen
I Thomas Reves of St Maries County in the province of Maryland planter being of Good Sound and perfect memory Blessed be almighty God for it and Considering the uncertain estate of this Transetory Life do hereby make my Last will and Testament revoking all other & former will or wills before by me made and Done and first I bequeath my Soul unto the hands of almighty God who gave it me and my body to the Earth from whence it was Taken and to have a Decent Christian Like Burial at the Discretion of my Exe: hereafter named and of all these Debts which I Owe in Right of Conscience be Justly payed the remainder I give and bequeath in Manner & form following Viz: ___
Impres I give and bequeath unto my Lawful Son Ubgate Rives the Plantation whereon I now Live with all the Wrights (sic) and Priviledges thereunto Belonging to him and his heirs for Ever after and also an Equale & proportion of my moveable Estate ___
Item I give and bequeath unto my Lawful Son Thos Reves One hundred Acres of Land Called by the Name of Wales to him & his heirs Ever and one feather bed and furniture which he now hath in possession & also an Equale Share & proportion of my personal Estate w:th the rest of my Children ___
Item I give and bequeath unto my Lawful Son William Reves One hundred Acres of Land Called by the Name of Leith wth: all the Right & Priviledges (sic) thereunto Belonging to him & his heirs for Ever also one feather bed with furniture and also to have an Equale Share of my personal Estate ___
Item I give & Bequeath to my Lawful Daughter Anna Hopkins one feather bed and furniture and also two Cows and all their futer Increase to her and her heirs for Ever to be Delivered to her at the Dividing of the Moveable Estate when it Shall please God to Call Me Out of this world ___
Item I give & Bequeath to my Grandson Thos. Rives Son of Ubgate Reves One Cow and all her futer increase ___
Item I also will that my wife Mary Reves that She Shall Dwell upon the plantation where now are so Long as She She (sic) Shall Keep her Self Single and also I will that my Son Ubgate Reves be my whole and Sole Exe: When it Shall please God to Call me Out of this ? world Lord have mercy upon my Soul Amen ___
Dated this 8th Day of December - And in Testimony that this is my Last will & Testamt: I have hereunto set my hand and fixed by Seal the Day and Date aforesd. ___

                    Then Came Samuel Maddox Junr Subscriber Evidence to the wth in will & made oath that he Saw the Testator Signe and Seale the within Testament as his Last will and Testament and that he published and Declared the Same so to be & that at the time of his so doing he was of Sound & perfect mind and memory to the best of his knowledge

Subscribing Evidences to the wth:in will and made Oath upon the holy Evangelist of all Mighty God that he Saw the Testator Signe and Seale the wth:in Instrument as his Last will and That he published & Declared the Same so? To be & that at the time of his so Doing he was of Sound & perfect mind & memory to the Best of his Knowledge _
