8 April 1737. Deeds of lease and release. John Frame and Joshen, his wife, of Wicomico Parish, for 4500 tobacco to William Eustance, of Northumberland, 62 acres…formerly belonged to Edward Sanders of Northumberland, being part of 250 acres which said Sanders by will divided equally between four of his daughters, vis Sarah Porter, Elizabeth Reeves, Joshen Frame and Hannah Owens, which has been lately divided by a survey of Col. Edwin Conway…adj. William Pasquet…. Wit: Henry Lawson, Wm. Stepto (II, 12).

14 & 15 September 1736. Lease and release. John Reeves of St. Stephens Parish Northumberland planter and Elizabeth his wife, for 4000 lb of tobacco paid by Thomas Edwards, ¼ part of 250 acres in Wiccocomoco Parish, Lancaster Co., VA, formerly belonging to Ebenezer Sanders, and by him bequeathed to his brother Captain Edward Sanders, and by him devised to his daughter Elizabeth, party to these presents. Wit: James Fontaine, David Lattimore, Thomas Machen. Recorded 13 May 1737 (II, 14).

NOTE: References to Elizabeth Reeves (II, 43), James Reeves (II, 36), and John Reeves (II, 36) were not copied.
