Know all men by these presents that I Lee Reaves of the State of Georgia Hancock County have given granted Bargained and Sold unto Stephen Reaves of the County aforesaid a Certain tract or parcel of land Supposed to be Fourteen acres and a half it being my equal share of a tract of one hundred acres which my father William Reaves Sr. dyed possessed of and never willed away I therefore for the sum of Four Pounds Currency to me in hand paid by the said Stephen Reaves acknowledge myself therewith fully Satisfied for the said land and I do hereby give up all my rights and title of the said land to the said Stephen Reaves his heirs or assigns and I the Said Lee Reaves for my self my heirs Executors & administrators acquit and discharge the said Stephen Reaves from the payment of any further sum or any Costs or Charges in any manner of (unreadable) respecting the said land in Witness Whereof I hereunto to set my hand and affixed my Seal this 9th day of January 1807.
