In the name of God Amen. I George Woolf being affected by the hand of almighty God, and knowing it is ordained for man to die; do ordain, constitute and appoint this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made & I pray to God to take my soul who gave it, my body to return from whence it came and be buried in a Christian manner by discretion of my executors hereafter named. 1st I give and bequeath unto my nephew Henry Woolf son of my brother Harry Woolf all that part of my tract of land lying on the north side of the middle fork of Salinda River including the house & plantation where I now live. 2nd, I give & bequeath unto my nephew David Grogan son of my sister Elizabeth Grogan all that part of my tract of land lying on the south side of the middle fork of Salinda River including the house & plantation where said David Grogan now lives. 3rd I give and bequeath unto my nephew Willam Reaves son of my brother John Reaves a young sorrel gelding called Dick and twelve dollars to purchase him a saddle & bridle, & my blacksmith tools. 4th, I give and bequeath unto my nephew Ewel Reaves son of my brother John Reaves, twelve dollars to purchase him a saddle and bridle. Also, a cow & calf that now gives milk, of a pied color. Also, a bed, bedstead & furniture, known by my bed. Also, a pine chest and all said chest contains. Also, four basins, two dishes, and six plates all pewter. I also give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Reaves wife of Ewel Reaves for her services & goodness to me my riding horse Say, a sorrel gelding called Prince, also one small wheel and a pair of cards & one pot. 5th, I give and bequeath unto my nephew John Reaves, one sorrel colt, twelve dollars to purchase him a saddle & bridle, and my rifle gun & shot bag. Also one cherry tree chest & all said chest contains. Also the sum fifty dollars in cash to be paid to him by my executors at his marriage or when he arrives at the age of twenty one with lawful interest. Also his axe. I leave all the balance of my personal property which are not specified in my will to be sold on credit of twelve months & the money arising there from to be paid in the following manner. First, the above or within mentioned legacies to be paid then the balance if any to be equally divided between my nephews William Reaves, Ewel Reaves, and John Reaves all sons of brother John Reaves. 6th, I give and bequeath unto my nephew Ewel & John Reaves son of John Reaves all my corn at present in the crib & all the glades & the full use of my house & plantation for the term of this crop, then after said crop are completed the house plantation to be delivered to Harry Woolf my nephew as before willed. I do hereby appoint David Grogan & Harry Woolf my executors of this my last will & testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 24th of March 1812
