This Indenture made the Fourth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand and Eight hundred and Twenty Three between Jesse T. Reeve of the County of Putnam of the one part and Anderson A. Hudson and Malinda L. Hutson of the County of Handcock (Hancock) of the other part Witnesseth That the said Jesse T. Reeves for and in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred dollars to him in hand Paid at and before the Signing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and Sold and by these present do grant Bargain and Sell unto the Said Anderson A. and Malinda & their heir and assigns All that Tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the County Walton and State aforesaid Known in the plan of Said County by Lot No. One hundred & fifteen in District Number Three Containing One hundred and Twenty five acres more or less being one half of Said No. On hundred and fifteen to be agreeably divided as to quantity o& quality So as to include the House & Cleared or Improvements part of Said Tract of the Said Tract of Land with all ands Singular the Rights Members & appurtainces thereof to the only Proper use benefit & Behoof the them the Said Anderson A. Hutson & Matilda L. Hutson their heirs Executors admr’s & assigns In fee simple And the Said Jesse Reeves his heirs Exeor’s & administrators and assigns against Himself his heirs & assigns & all and every other person or person Shall and will Warrant & forever defend by Virtue of these presents
