Transcript

          I, Maulden Reeves of the State of Tennessee and County of Madison being of sound mind, do make this my last will, hereby revoking all others by me made,
          First. I desire that all my just debts be paid out of any means that may be on hand at my death.
          Second. I give and bequeath to my son William M. Reeves one note which I hold against him for eleven hundred $1100.00 due the 5th day of March 1864, which is all I expect to give him.
          Third: I desire that my land and all other property of whatsoever Kind I may own at my death to be sold and the proceeds together with all money and means be divided amongst my children and grand children as follows:
          I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law Barbary Reeves, and her children, one eleventh part of all my means and effects, to be divided equally amongst them, they being the widow and children of my son John Reeves Decd.
          I give to the children of my Daughter Eleatha Moore Decd, one eleventh of all my means to be divided equally amongst them.
          I give one eleventh of all my money and effect to the children of my Daughter Ann Goodwin Decd, to be equally divided amongst them.
          I give and bequeath to the children of my son Robert S. Reeves Decd, one eleventh of all my means and effects to be divided equally amongst them.
          I give and bequeath to each of my Daughters now living, to wit:
Elizabeth Moore, Winny Hardy, Mary Gladney, Emaline Wilson, Adaline Perkins, Francis I. Croom and Maria Parker one eleventh part of all my moneys and means.
          I hereby appoint my sons-in-law D. H. Parker and M. Croom as Executors of this will ~
                          In witness whereof I sign and seal this instrument as my will,
