Q: How do I Change my TRP Account Password

A: There is a self service facility within "My Account"

If you think your TRP account password may be known by others, you should change it immediately. You can set a new password for your user account within TRP at any time as follows. . .

From the navigation tab bar, pick "My Account", and then "Preferences".

On the "User Preferences" screen, click on the "Account Information" tab.

Enter your new password in the appropriate fields and your current password in the final field.

Then click the "Change Administrative Info" button.

If you have forgotten your account password, please use the "I forgot my password" link from the home page to request a password reset.
