James Reeves is known to have had at least one child:

The will of Phebe Harris names her granddaughter Mary Reeves, daughter of James Reeves. This Mary, or, more likely, her mother may be the Mary Reeves whose inventory and appraisal was filed in Lancaster County on 14 June 1751, with John Harris as administrator.
