William LaFayette Reeves married Sarah Elizabeth Harvey, born 10 March 1857, Harris Co., GA, died 18 December 1925, Troup Co., GA. William and Elizabeth were enumerated in Harris Co., GA, near his siblings in 1880. They were living in Blue Springs District, GMD 717, where William was shown as a farmer and Elizabeth as a housekeeper. By 1900 the family was living in the Bethlehem area of Chambers County, where William and his two older daughters were working in a cotton factory. Sarah indicated that she had been married for 28 years and that seven of her eight children were then living.
