James H. Reeves departed this life on Sabath morning the 26th day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eighthundred and forty at his residence in Morgan County and on Saturday evening before his Decease he made his noncupative will in the following words in the presence of John H. Bibb Sarah Simpson and Moses Simpson Richard Day.as follows
Trust it is my will that all my property remain together untill the children become of age which will is reduced to writing in the language of said Deceased this 30th day of July 1840
