Joseph A. Blakey administrator of the Estate of Malachiah Reves Deceased having heretofor filed his account and vouchers for allowance and final settlement which was Received Extra and audited stated and Reported for allowance and final settlement of the personal Estate and Rents of Lands up to the filing of Said account on the Third Monday in December Just (?) and it appearing to the sattisfaction (sic) of the Court that Legal notice of said settlement have Been Given and no person contesting Said account and vouchers the same is allowed as stated in which the administrator charges him self of having in his hands arising from sale of the personal property outstanding Debts and Rent of Lands up to the time of filing Said account the sum of Twenty Eight hundred and Eighty five & 54/100 Dollars and Claims Credits for monies paid out on Debts Existing against said Estate & for court costs &c the sum of fourteen hundred and Twenty Six Dollars and ninety five cents which Leaves a Ballance (sic) in the hands of the administrator for distribution of fourteen hundred and fifty Eight Dollars & 59 cents & It appearing by affidavit filed that there are Six heirs to wit - Nancy B. Wood late Nancy B. Reves and Late widow of the Deceased and five Children (viz) Frances L. Reves Theodrick S. Reves Jesse H. Reves Elizabeth V. Reves Malachiah Reves Children of the Deceased It is ordered and Decreed by the Court that Joseph A. Blakey pay over to Nancy B. Wood late Nancy B. Reves Late widow of Malichi Reeves Deceased the sum of Two hundred and ninety one and 71&45/100 Dollars it Being one fifth of said Estate It is further ordered by the cout that the Said Joseph A. Blakey pay over to Frances L. Reaves Theodrick S. Reeves Jesse M. Reeves Elizabeth V. Reves and Malachiah Reves or to their Legal Representatives Each the sum of Two hundred and thirty three Dollars and 37&35/ cents Being their Distributive Share of Said Estate all of which is ordered and Decreed accordingly and that said settlement be final and Entered by Record.
