The will and testament of Loftin Reeves know all men by these presents that i Loftin Reeves for and in Consideration of the love and affection which I Bear towards my Beloved wife Elizabethe Reeves Do hereby Give Grant and Convey unto my said wife Elizabeth Reeves the following described real estate to wit the NE ¼ of the NW¼ also the S½ of the NW¼ of Sec 20 Township 19 R 9 East in the Coosa Land District To have the use and Benefit thereof During her Life also all stock now on the primises (sic) also all householde (sic) and kitchen furnature and farming tools and i Request my son Wiley Reeves To have Controle (sic) of mine and my wifes Business During our Lives also i want my son Wiley Reeves after my Death if he has any of my effect in his hands to do as he sees proper with it this the 30th Day of July AD 1878
