Reeves Y-DNA Project Updates - 2q 2017

The second three months of 2017 have been quieter than the first three. At the end of June the project had 257 members.

In April we welcomed six new members to the project; Becky Perkins, Toby Reeves, Glenda McNamara, Raymond McNamara, Karl Rainhold and Virginia Beach Hulviej. The month of May was less busy with just one new member; Rebecca McBurney. During June we saw four request for membership, two of which have been accepted, but the requesters have not yet activated their membership and one has yet to respond to our request for clarification of their Reeves interest.

During the quarter we’ve seen no Y-DNA results for new members. In the last few days of June we have seen notifications for several DNA Group 10 members with a strong match to an individual who is not yet part our project. We hope he’ll want to join us and share information about his family.

Whilst there might not be much to report by way of new DNA results, it good to see the Activity Feed hasn’t been inactive.
