Narrative

Children of Martha Ann Reeves and Granderson Latta:

1. John Thomas Latta
2. Elizabeth Jane Latta

On the 10th of December 1840, the day before Martha Reeves' marriage to Granderson Latta, she deeded her interest in her father John Reeves' land in Wake County as well as her interest in the estate of her grandfather Major Holloway to her uncle James Holloway who had been the guardian of the minor Reeves' children. Recorded on 18 July 1842 at Wake County Deed Book 15, Pg 156.

Martha Ann Reeves died sometime in 1845 because on 10 Dec 1845, Granderson Latta married Nancy Caroline Reeves, Martha's younger sister.
