(unreadable) Whereby these presents that I Joshua Scurlock of the county & state aforesaid doth this day make ordain (unreadable) & affirm Andrew Boyd my true & lawful attorney (unreadable)I the sd (unreadable) have bargained & sold unto William Scott of the county & state aforesaid a certain tract of land lying on th waters of Marbury Creek & Joining he sd Boyds land whereon he now lives (unreadable)by these present that I the said Joshua Scurlock(unreadable)all my (unreadable)to the sd Andrew Boyd to (unreadable) and claims (unreadable) tract of land In Witness Whereunto I have set my hand affixed my seal the tenth day of October 1815.
