SAMUEL W. REAVES
Funeral services for Samuel W. Reaves, who died Friday after a short illness, were held yesterday afternoon at the Kinyon chapel, the Rev. F. E. Lochridge officiating. Burial was made in Riverside cemetery.
Mr. Reaves was born April 15(?), 1848 in Jamestown, Ind. He moved to Iowa when still a young man and was engaged in the saw mill business there from the time he was 16(?) years old. He was married to Angeline Glassburner May 30, 1884 at Bloomfield, Ia. Coming to Huron in 1909, he was employed with the Chicago and North Western railroad company until 1921, when he retired.
