Hannah is mentioned in the will of her father John and described as "Hannah Reeve wife of John Reeve of Laindon" in 1824. She is mentioned in the will of her uncle Ambrose (brother of her mother Elizabeth) as "Hannah Reeve wife of John Reve of great Burstead" in 1838.

Note that George was later living in Southwark, Surrey, and his brother William (age 29) was living with him.

In 1841, this family was living in Great Burstead, Essex. The individuals are John (45), Hannah (40), Ann (16), Charles (13), Harriett (11), Joseph (5), Robert (3), and Henry Reeve (10 Mo).

In 1851, the family was still in Great Burstead. Ann was no longer in the household. The household included an additional child "Js" (James) Reeve, age 7. John Reeve (55) was born in Great Burstead and is listed as blind. "Hh" (Hannah) is listed as age 51, born in Laindon.

In 1861, the family was in Great Burstead. Hannah was head of household, widowed. Charles, Robert and James were still with her, all unmarired.
