Research Notes

There is a death record for daughter Beulah in Pennsylvania with the same death date as the Quaker records record which confirms she was the same one in Pennsylvania. She and John were living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1850. John was either married to a Lydia or their cousin sister Lydia Reeve was living with them.

Eliza, Lydia, Sarah, and William were listed as grandchildren in the will of Peter's father John Reeve. Since the children of Peter Reeve were specifically named, these were at first assumed to be children of Peter's brother John. However, the diary of Samuel Mickle states that Elizabeth and Lydia were daughters of Peter.
