The Visitations of Essex by Raven in 1612 and by Owen and Lilly in 1634 both list a chart of the Reve family. This information was probably gathered from Margaret's brother Francis Reeve as he was the primary resident of Essex from this family which the chart focuses on. She is left out of the 1634 visitation, but the 1612 has the following:

• Margarett mar. to Thomas Parker of Bery St. Edmond

The 1595 will of her brother Thomas mentions:

• Thomas Parker my brother in lawe and Margaret my sister
• Elizabeth Parker the daughter of Thoms Parker Apothecarye in Bury
• Robert Reve my nephew fyve poundes unto Elizabeth Parker my neece and goddaughter tenne poundes unto Franncys Reve my godsonnne and nephew fyve poundes
