Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Wakefield of the County of Burlington and Province of New Jersey Taylor am held and firmly bound unto Abraham Hewling and William Hackney both of the pov & County aforesaid yeoman in the full and just sum of sixty pounds current money of this province &c to be paid to the said Abraham Hewlings and William Hackney their or either of their heirs or executors to the which payment will and truly to be made I bind my self my heirs & executors and firmly by these presents Given under my hand & seal this 26th day of January Anno Reg Regina Anno Quarto Annoe Dom 1705/6

The Condition of this obligation is such that if the said Thomas Wakefield shall well & truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Abraham Hewlings and William Hackney their heirs & Execut. the sum of ten pounds current silver money of this province att that time as Farlogh Sullivant the son of Furlogh Sullivant deceased shall arrive to the age of twenty one years and the sum of twenty pounds like money unto the said Abraham Hewling & Willm Hackney at the arrivall of Rachell Reves & Mary Sullivant daughters of loth? Sullivant at the age of eighteene years or the day of their marriage which shall first happen & in case of the decease of any of the said children shall pay the like sum to the above named Hewlings & Hackney for the use of the asn of their survirour or survivours of the said foretiled Furlogh Sullivant Mary Sullivant & Rachell Reeves & nurture & education of the said Furlogh Sullivant Rachell Reeves & Mary Sullivant ? either by keeping them himself & teaching them to read english or binding them or any of them out to some other person by & with the consent & good likeing of the said Abraham Hewling & William Hackney either of them then this obligation to be void & else to be & remaine in good force & virtue
