TranscriptAt a Court held at Fitzgerralds, for the County of Prince George, on the second Tuesday in September, being the twelfth day of the said month, Anno Dom 1727
Elizabeth the Wife of William Rives, came into Court and (being first privately examined according to law) freely and voluntarily relinquisht to Mr Thomas Jones her right of Dower in and to Two Hundred and six acres of land sold by the sd William Rives to the said Thomas Jones, and acknowledged at the Court held for this County the thirteenth day of August Anno Dom 1723; which by order of the Court is Recorded.
