This Indenture made the 28th Day of January Ano Domini one Thousand Seven hundred Twenty Six Seven Between William Reaves of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland planter of the one part and John Willinott of the County and province aforesaid Planter on the other part Witnesseth that the said William Reaves for a valuable consideration of one thousand pounds of Tobacco to him already in hand paid before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the said John Willmott wherewith the said William Reaves do acknowledge himself to be fully satisfied and paid and of every part thereof do fully and absolutely acquit and Discharge the said John Willmott his heirs executors and administrators forever by these presents Hath Given Granted bargained sold aliend enfeof and confirmed and by these presents doth fully and absolutely give grant bargain sell alien enfeof and confirm unto the said John Willmott his heirs and assigns for ever a certain parcell or tract of land called Rogers Road Lying in Baltimore County at the heard of Back River Between the Herring Run and the Stone Run Beginning at a bounded white oak a bound tree of James Todds and John Willmotts and Runing with Toddss Line East South East one hundred and forty perches to a bound Red Oak by the River side then up the River to the mouth of a Creek called Swan Creeke north twenty perches then north north west Twenty perches then north north east Twenty perches to a parcell of land of John Garys then with Gays Line North by west one hundred and nine perches then west Three Degrees Southerly one hundred and four perches then with a Direct line to the first Tree containing & now laid out for one hundred acres of land more or less To have and to hold the said parcell or tract of land with all rights profitts benefitts privledges and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said John Willmott his heirs assigns forever the rents & services that shall hereafter Grow due to the Lord Prop excepted and the said William Reaves Doth Covenant promise grant and agree to & with the said John Willmott and his heirs that the said Wm Reaves shall and will forever warrant and Defend the said Tract of Land & other the Bargained premises from his heirs or either of their heirs unto the said John Willmott his heirs and assigns forever.
