At the request of Richard Molyneux, the following deed was recorded on Mar 6, 1748(/9):
Jan 14, 1748/9 from Thomas Reeves and Hezekiah, his son, of CC, planter, to Richard Molyneux of CC, Gentleman, for 60 £ sterling money of GB, and in consideration of the building of a dwelling house and other out houses for the use of sd Thomas Reeves, and for other causes, part of a tract of land he now lives on, lying in CC on the Casheon of Portobacco Cr, adjoining St Thomas' Manner, being part of Cousuns Manner (made over to Upgate Reeves, father of the sd Thomas, by William Causun of CC, by deed dated Feb 11, 1715[/6], recorded Liber F2 pages 93-95, bounded by the head of the Ware Branch, to contain 80 acres.
