In the Name of God Amen The first Day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty I Rebecca Reaves of the Township of Northampton in the County of Burlington Single woman being very sick and weak in Body But in perfect mind and memory Thanks be to God for it calling unto mind the Mortality of my Body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Die Do make and ordain this my Last will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul into the hands of God that gave it and for my Body recommend it to the earth to be buried in a Christianlike and decent manner at the Discretion of my executor nothing Doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same Again by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I Give Demise and Dispose of the same in the following manner and form
Imprimis It is my will and I do order that in the first place all my just debts and funeral charges be paid and satisfied
Item I Give and Bequeath unto Sarah Battison my beloved sister all my whole apparell or cloaths and all my demands from her to her own proper use
Item I GIve and Bequeath unto Jonathan Frost First son of Marmaduke Frost an new cote or the price of one
Item I Give and bequeath unto my cousin John Reeves son of Walter Reeves my Bible
Item I Give and bequeath unto my cousin Ann Reeves Daughter of Micaijah Reeves my prayer book
Item I Give and bequeath Lastly all the remainder of my whole estate to be equally divided between my two cousins above named John Reeves and Ann Reeves.
I likewise constitute make and ordain Marmaduke Frost my only and sole executor of this my last will and I do hereby utterly Disallow Revoke and Disnull all and every other former Testament will legacies and executors by me in anyways before this time named willed and bequeathed Ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written
Rebecca Reeve her mark (Seal)

Signed Sealed published pronounced and Declared by the said Rebecca Reeves as her last will and Testament in the presence of us the subscribers

William Shinn and Mathew Allen Two of the witnesses to the within will having sworn on the holy evangelist of almighty God did depose that they saw Rebecca Reeves the Testatrix within named sign and seal the same and heard her publish pronounce and Declare the within instrument to be her Last Will and Testament and that at the Doing thereof the said Testatrix was of sound and Disposing mind & memory as farr as the said deponents know and as they verily believe and that George Shill the other subscribing witness was present and signed his name as a witness to the said will in the presence of the Testatrix and in the presence of Each other

Be it Remembered that the Last will and Testament of Rebecca Reeves Late of the County of Burlington spinster Deceased being Duly proved as above and probate and Letters Testamentary were Granted by his Exellency Francis Bernard Esquire Gover in Chief of the Colony of New Jersey & unto Marmaduke Forst executor in the said Testament named be being duly sworn well and truly to perform the said Will to exhibit Inventory to render a just & true acct when thereunto lawfully required Given under the prerogative seal of the said province at Burlington the Day and year above sd
