Commentary

Note that only the "upper part" of the 425 acres is leased in this deed. The "lower part" was leased the same day to John Hutchison. The grantor is identified as George Reeve (c1730 VA - c1779 VA) of Prince William County by the fact that his children and widow (James Reeves, Jonathan Reeves and Jane Jones) sell this same piece of land in a later deed.
