In the Name of God, Amen, the first day of January Anno Domini 1794. I Jacob Reeves of East Sudbury Inn holder being in a measure of health & of sound mind and memory thanks be given unto God therefor: yet calling to mind the the mortality of my Body, knowing it is appointed for all men once to die, do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament and first of all, I give recommend my Soul into the hand of God, who gave it and my Body I commend to the Earth to be Buried in decent Christian Burial at the discretion of my Executor. Nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty Power of God. And as to such world estate wherewith it hath pleased God to Bless me in this life I give devise & dispose of the same in the following manner & formI give & bequeath to my Beloved wife Abigal Reeves, a certain piece of land lying in East Sudbury on a town Road lead by Cpt John Tilton, containing twelve acres more or less, also I give unto her the West end of my house and cellors under the same where I now dwell for her improvement during her natural life, at her deceased to return to my son Jacob. I give also to my said wife a comfortable & sufficient maintenance of all necessaries of life, from time to time and at all times during her remaining my widow to be provided & supplyed for her by my executor, in such seasonable times as she may require out of my estate & I order him to take and ? care of his aged mother - Likewise I give to my said wife Abigal, the one full half of all my household furniture & to her own disposal forever.

I give & bequeath to my beloved Son Nathaniel Reeves the sum of forty pound to be paid by my executor out of my Estate in two years after my deceease.
Item. I give bequeath to my Daughter Anne Carter wife of Ephraim Carter the sum of forty pounds to be paid unto her, in one year after my decease by my executor out of my estate & this with what I have already done for her, is her full portion & share out of my estate.
Item. I give & bequeath to my Daughter Mary Underwood wife of Jonathan Underwood jun and to the heirs born of her Body, a certain piece of Land & the Building thereon lying in East Sudbury that I purchased of Ichobod Tsiathe? containing sixteen acres more or less and this is her share & portion of of my Estate.
Item. I give & bequeath to my son Samuel Reeves a certain tract of land & the buildings thereon that I purchased of Bathyar Moreman lying East Sudbury & bounded as on his deed to my and this is his share & portion out of my Estate.
Item. I give & bequeath to my Grand Daughter Abigail Carter Daughter of Amee Carter aforesaid the sum of twenty pound, to set her off with ? to be paid her, at her marriage by my Exector out of my Estate.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son Jacob Reeves the whole of my Real and personal Estate he observing & paying and this together with what I have laready done for him is his full portion & share out of my estate.
Item. I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Elizabeth Herd the wife of Thomas Herd the sum of forty pounds to be paid unto her by my executor out of my estate in one year & a half after my decease. This together with what I have already done for her is her full share & portion.
The Lagacis beforementioned he paying also all my just debt, my & my wifes funeral expenses that is to say he obforcing the principles and parts of this my Testament to perform the same in due order and I constitute & appoint him my son Jacob Reeves junr my sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament renouncing and anulling all former wills legacies and bequests whatsoever Establishing this only to be my last will & Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal on the date aforewritten
