Transcription

THIS Indenture Made this first day of March in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred Between William Reves Exer. of Woodson Daniel Decd. of the one part & Isaac M.Callum of Wake County & State of North Carolina of the other part Witnesseth that for & in consideration of the Sum of One hundred & Ten pounds to me in hand paid by the sd. Isaac M.Callum the Rect. whereof I do hereby acknowledge have bargained granted & at publik auction sold unto the sd. Isaac M.Callum (as Exr of the aforesd. Woodson Daniel Decd. one tract or parcel of land Situate lying & being in the County of Granville & State of North Carolina containing by estimation Two hundred & forty three acres be the same more or less Begining at a post oak in Clements line runing thence South two hundred & twenty Seven poles to a black oak standing on the County line thence by the sd. line North 80 Degs. east one hundred & Eighty four poles to a post oak Allen Wilkins corner thence by his line North two hundred & four poles to a post oak thence West one hundred & ninety poles to the first Station the bargained & sold land unto the sd. Isaac M.Callum his heirs Exrs &c I do forever myself my heirs &c covenant to & with the sd. Isaac M.Callum & agree the said land is clear of all & every Incumbrance & will forever Warrant & defend the right title claim & Interest of the sd. land & premises unto the sd. Isaac M.Callum his heirs &c against the claim or claims of all & every person or persons whatsoever. In Witness whereof I have set my hand & affixed my Seal the day & year first above written } ~ ~
