In the name of God Amen I Elizabeth Reeve Junr of Cutchogue in the Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York considering the uncertainty of life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and devise unto my honord mother Elizabeth Reeve widow all that my messuage or tenement situate lying and being in the township of Southold aforesaid together with all my other Freehold estate whatsoever to hold to her the said Elizabeth Reeve her heirs and assigns forever and I hereby give and bequeath unto my said mother Elizabeth Reeve all my personal estate goods and chattels of what kind or nature soever and I hereby constitute and appoint my said mother Elizabeth Reeve together with my friend Josiah Albertson executrix and executor of this my last will and testament. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the (blank) day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and oneElizabeth X Reeve Junr (LS)
Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Elizabeth Reeve Junr to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses in the presence of the testatrix and each other

Suffolk County } Be it remembered that on the fourteenth day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and five personally came and appeared before Nicoll Floyd Surrogate of the said County Thomas Wickham of Southold in the County aforesaid and being duly sworn on his Oath declared that he saw Elizabeth Reeve Junr sign and seal an instrument in writing purporting to be the will of the said Elizabeth Reeve bearing date the (blank) day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and one the preceeding whereof is a true copy and heard her publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament that at the time thereof she the said Elizabeth Reeve was of sound disposing mind and memory to the best of the knowledge and belief of him the deponent and that his name subscribed as a witness to the said will is of his own proper hand writing and that he saw Josiah Albertson and Anna Wickham subscribe their names as witnesses thereto at the same time in presence of the testator.
