In the Name of God, Amen.
I Anthony Reeves of the City and County of Baltimore in the State of Maryland. I alas being sick and weak of body, but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding, Blessed be the name of almighty God for the same Do therefore make publish and declare this present to be my last last (sic) will and testament, in manner following, that is to say, I the said Anthony Reeves do give will and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth Reeves the whole of my Estate and property of every descreption (sic) both real and personal for and during her natural life if she continues my widow but on condition that she maintain clothe and Educate my children until they come of proper age either to be bound out or take care of themselves that is the same to be judged by my Executor here after to be named, but if she marries again I then will that She be obliged to give sufficient Security to maintain and Clothe and Educate my Children and also give Security not to waste my said Estate, and after the death of my said wife, I will that all my said Estate be equally divided between my children or among them or the survivor or Survivors of them for their use their heirs and assigns for ever and I hereby nominate and appoint my Friend Nicholas Leeke of the City of Baltimore aforesaid Executor of this my last will and testament Revoking all former wills and publishing and declaring this present to be my last will and testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of Octr in the year of our lord Eighteen Hundred and two.

Reeves to be his last will and testament in the presence of us who in the presence of the testator have Subscribed our names as Witnesses.
Abial Allen                                 }     Baltimore County to wit on the 23d day of October
Clother Allen                             }     1802 came Clother Allin & Abial Allin Subscribing
Mary (her + mark) Everson   }     evidences to the foregoing last will and testament of Anthony Reeves deceased and made oath &c that they did see the Testator sign and seal this will that they heard him publish pronounce and declare the same to be his last will and testament that at the time of his so doing he was to the best of their apprehensions of sound disposing mind memory and understanding and that they Subscribed their names as witnesses to this will in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other and of the other witness
