Know all Men by these presents that I John Reeves of the State and District aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred and thirty dollars have granted...unto Benjamin Fuller all that tract of land containing one hundred and sixty and nine acres it being a part of a tract of land granted to Peter Briemar(?) the sixth day of February in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Eighty six and has such shape and form and mark as are Represented by a plat annexed to the original Grant Represents that part of which tract containing one hundred and sixty nine acres is bounded as follows Viz on the south by James Thompson on the east by Jean Norris on the NE by John Reeves on the N by Daniel McCoy and on the SW by Anzel Jarret ...unto the said Benjamin Fuller his heirs and assigns...Witness my hand and Seal this fourteenth day of January Eighteen hundred and four Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of John Mauldin Jonathan Ruth

I Elijah Browne a Justice of the Quorum do hereby Certify unto all whom it may concern that Sarah Reeves wife of the within named John Reeves did this day appear before me and upon being privately and separately examined by me did declare that she does freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion dread or fear of any person or persons whosoever Renounce Release and forever Relinquish unto the within named Benjamin Fuller his heirs and assigns forever all her interest and Estate also all her Rights and Claim of Dower of in or to all and singular the premises within mentioned and Release given under my hand and Seal this 14th Jany 1804
