This Indenture made this Fourth day of December in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and five, Between Stephen White of Mason County and State of Kentucky of the one part, and Samuel Reeve of the County and State aforesaid on the other part Witness that the said Stephen White for and in consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred and seventy Three Dollars, the Receipt Whereof the said Stephen White doth hereby Acknowledge and do forever acquit and discharge the said Samuel Reeve his Executors and Administrators Have granted bargained, sold conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant, Bargain sell convey and confirm to him the said Samuel Reeve his Heirs and Assigns forever, a certain tract or parcel of Land situate and lying in the County of Mason aforesaid containing Ninety seven Acres of Land Bounded as follows begining at a stake in Mortons line near a Hackberry and small Hicory, thence North three West sixty two Poles to a stake in Mortons line, near a Hiccory and Elm saplins, thence south Eighty seven West Two Hundred and sixteen Poles to Clarkes Run, a post in the run, thence Twenty two west down the several meanders of the run to a post in the run, thence north Eighty seven East Two Hundred and Forty Poles to the begining, to contain Ninety seven Acres of Land, To Have and to hold the above described premises with all and singular the privileges and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said, Samuel Reeve his Heirs or assigns, forever, And the said Stephen White for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators do covenant promise and agree, to and with the said Samuel Reeve his Heirs and Assigns by these presents that the above bargained premises free from all incumbrance of any nature whatsoever and the said Stephen White his heirs & assigns do covenant and agree with the said Samuel Reeve his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Stephen White will warrant and defend forever the above described premises to him the said Samuel Reeve his Heirs and assigns against the claims of every person or persons Claiming from by or under him, In witness whereof the said Stephen White hath hereunto set his Hand and seal the Day and year above written
