Kenney Surrogate of the County of Essex, do certify that on the seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred & eleven Administration of the Goods and Chattels Rights and Credits which were of Abner Reeves late of the County of Essex who died intestate was Granted by me to William Gould & Timothy Gould who are duly authorized to Administer the same Agreeably to law, witness my hand & seal of Office the seventeenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred & Eleven.
