Thomas Robertson for the sum of four hundred dollars convey to Zadok Darley all the tract situate lying on the west of Mill Creek where on the aforesaid William Reeves Junior now resides bounded by lands owned by the Reverend John Rooker, William Davis, William Bigger, Anthony Kindrake and John Kincaid which land was purchased by the said William Reeves Junior from the Bigger Family...Said Thomas Robertson bought of William Edward Hayne, Esq. Sheriff of York District at public sale on the seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Nine...Witness my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of March in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eleven.
