Mason County Sct. Agreeable to an order from the County Court of Mason January Term 1812. To the undersigned Commissioners Directed to assign by metes and bounds the Dower of Elizabeth Reeves Widow of Samuel Reeves Deceased in the lands of said Deceased have according to said order divided the said Lands as follows "To wit" Beginning at a stone Corner to William Payne thence South 87 West Ten poles to a stone in said Payne line thence South 80 poles to the big road Leading from the old office to Washington thence South 83 East 134 poles to a Walnut buckeye elm & hickory in George Morton's line thence North three degrees West 98 poles thence South 87 West 26 poles thence N 3 West 26 poles to a sugartree sapling in Morton's line Corner to Petticord thence South 89 West 90 poles Corner to said Petticord a stone in Paynes East line thence South 3 East 16 poles to the Beginning including the mansion house & orchard Containing Eighty two acres of land Given under our hands this 9th day of March 1812.
