Lancaster District} Know all men by these presents that I david Miers of Lancaster in the state aforesaid for in consideration of two Hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by James Reaves of the state and District aforesaid have granted Bargained Sold and Released unto the sd James Reaves all that tract or parcel of Land Lying in the District of Lancaster - on the Rocky River Road Beginning Poast Oak A Old Original Corner of the Old survey thence running South along the Old Original Line across the Rocky River Road to a post oak Corner agreed upon Between the parties for a Dividing Corner thence running N. E. To a Stake Corner on a Blaized Line thence running N. along a Blazed Line to a hickory corner on the old Line thence Westwardly thence along the old Line across the R. River Road to a stake thence running to the old line to the beginning post Oak Corner the other forty acres of this deed was granted to Wm Furgasen in Survey of One Hundred and Ninety five Acres the forty acres more or less beginning on a Hickory of the above Mentioned twenty Acres thence running S. E to the beginning Corner thence to (Eubens?) Land running on his Line to furgasons Line to a Hickory Corner thence to the beginning Corner Another small piece of Land that was granted to Wm Ferguson of sixty acres more or less A being a part of Land that Wm Ferguson sold to Jonathan Blackmon and Jonathan Blackmon to David Miers beginning at a Post oak Corner Running along david Miers Line to a stake corner thence running from the stake Corner on the said Miers Line to the Rocky River Road thence up the said Road to Jas Blackmon Line then running on the sd Line to a Maple Corner then Running up a branch Known by the polly Branch agreed upon by the parties for a Line to a Maple corner then running along a blazed line to the beginning P. Oak Corner. Together with all and Singular the rights Members Hereditaments Amounts and appurtenances to the sd premises belonging or in any wise incident or apertaining to have and to hold all and Singular the premisese before Mentioned unto James Reaves his heirs and assigns forever & I do hereby bind Myself My Heirs Exrs & Admrs to Warrant & forever defend all and Singular the said premisese unto the sd James Reaves for ever and I do hereby bind Myself and My heirs to Warrant and forever Defend all and singular the said premises unto the sd. James Reaves his heirs and assigns against myself and my heirs and against every person Lawfully Claiming or to claim the same or any part thence of Witness My hand this Eighteenth day of January One Thousand Eight Hundred and fourteen and in thirty Eight Year of American Independance Signed Sealed and Delivered in the presence of us - David Williams Daivd Miers (Seal)
