By a Court of Justices of
Said County

To Joseph T. Cunningham Surveyor of Said County you are hereby Authorized & required to lay out & admeasure or Cause to be laid out & admeasured unto John Reeves who resides in this State a Tract of Land which Shall contain Three hundred Acres on his own & family headrights Takeing Special Care that the same has not been Laid out to any other person or persons what Ever & you are hereby required to Record a Plat of the Same in your office & Transmit a Copy there of together with this Warrant to the Surveyor Gen’ls Office within two years from this Date given under Our hands as Justices for Said Count this 5th February 1816.
