No. 2,853 ~ Reives, Nathaniel from McGinnis, Nicholas Deed 66 feetThis Indenture made this fifth day of June 1819 Between Nicholas McGinnis of the one part and Nathaniel Reives of the other part both of the county of Rockingham North Carolina. Witnesseth for and in consideration of the Sum of Two hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged him given, granted, bargained, enfeoffed, and Sold and do by these presents give, grant, bargain enfeoff and Sell unto the said Nathaniel Reives his heirs and assigns for ever Sixty Six feet of ground being the upper or North end of Lot No. 70 on the West side of Henry Street in the old field in the Town of Leaksville N.C. and bounded on the East by said Henry Street, on the North No. (blank) on the South by some part of Sd. Lot No. 70 belonging to said McGinnis which said Sixty Six feet unto him the Said Nathaniel Reives; together with all and Singular the improvements the hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Nathaniel Reives his heirs &c for ever and the said Nicholas McGinnis for himself his heirs and assigns do hereby covenant to and with the said Nathaniel Reives Sr. to Warrant and for ever defend the Lawful right and title unto the sd Lot of ground before mentioned against all and every person or persons Whatsoever laying legal claim thereunto.
