Quit Claim - To all whom it may concern these do certify that I Burwell Gregg of the State of South Carolina and District of Fairfield, do quit all my claim & title to a certain tract of land lying & being in Edgefield Dist, Containing two Hundred acres more or less on Red bank, bounded on the west by Sophia Bonhams land, on the South by W Harts Land & on the E & N by Zebulon Rudolphs land & has such shapes & mars as the plat thereof represents to James B Reaves, who was my security for sd Land, & has given me up my Notes for the same - which Land I warrant & forever defend to the above Sd James B Reaves his certain Atty, his Heirs & assigns forever against myself my heirs & assigns forever - Witness my hand & seal this thirteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one & in the forty sixth year of the Independence of the Untied States of America.
