The account of sales of the property belonging to the Estate of Jesse Blanchard (decd) is as follows to wit nine months Credit will be given the purchasers by given note with approved Security before the property is removed and if any person bids off any property & should fail to give Security the property to be immediately sold again the first purchaser make good the deficiency if any this 22nd day December 1821.
