The last Will and Testament of Malachi ReavesMalachi Reaves of the County of Buncombe and State of North Carolina not being in a good state of health but in a proper state of mind and calling to mind the things of life and wants so much of his property disposed of as will pay all just demands against the estate and wants his beloved wife with all and every one of his family to live on and enjoy all the rest of the Estate during while She remains a widow and then the property to be divided equally amongst my children and wife this being my last Will and Testament I also appoint Ebed Jones Executor of this my last Will Witness my hand 14th January 1827
