This Indenture made and entered into on the 13th of January 1830 Between Joseph Reaves of the County of Calloway and State of Kentucky of the one part and John Miller of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Joseph Reaves doth on his part bargain sell and convey to the said Miller a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county and State aforesaid and situate on the South? Of Tennessee now containing fifty acres and bounded from the South by the South boundary line of the North East fractional quarter section 22 Township 3 North Range 6 East and to extend down the _ __ and North along the boundary of sd quarter section for quantity 1 and do hereby bargain sell and convey the above tract of land to him the sd John Miller for and in consideration of the sum of fifty dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is surely acknowledged. Given under my hand and seal 13th January 1830

Calloway County } I William Curd clerk of Calloway County Court do certify that this deed from Joseph Reaves to John Miller was on the 13th day of January 1830 acknowledged before me in my office by said Reaves to be his act and deed hand and seal for the purposes therein contained. In testimony whereof and that the same is truly recorded in my office together with this certificate. I hereunto set my hand this 17th day of February 1830
