The Claimant in the above Stated Case Wilson Whatley being dissatisfied with the Verdict of the Jury rendered in the above cause, and having paid all cost and demanded an appeal brings Zachariah Phillips and tenders him as his security and they the said Wilson Whatley & Zachariah Philips acknowledge themselves bound Jointly and Severally to Tarlton Sheats the Plff in Execution for the payment of the eventual consideration money in said Cause In Testimony Whereof they have hereunto set their hands and Seals this 18th day of February 1830
