              against                                }       This day came the plaintiff by his attorney
Avery Reeves James G. Decherd    }       and having filed his declaration and the
defendants having been solemnly called failed to appear and defend this suit and on motion of the plaintiff by his attorney It is considered by the court that the plaintiff recover against theDefendant five hundred dollars the debt in the Declaration mentioned together with his damage aforesaid in form aforesaid assessed and also his costs by them about his suit in this behalf expended and the said defendant in mercy and plff atto agrees to stay execution till next court.
