This Indenture made this fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Between Aaron Reeves of the township of Eggharbour in the County of Gloucester in the State of New Jersey of the one part and Ambrose Walker of the County of Cape May in the State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Aaron Reeves for and in consideration of the sum of twenty six dollars and fifty cents lawful money of the United States well and truly paid or secured to be paid to the said party of the first part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell and convey and confirm unto the said Ambrose Walker and to his heirs and assigns the one equal undivided half part of the House and Lot of land, formerly belonging Adonijah Reeves decd and where he lived, and died, which house and lot of land is situated in the Lower Township of the County of Cape May in the State of New Jersey near the neighbourhood of Cold Springs, on the road leading from Cold Spring to Town Bank and Butted and bounded as follows. Beginning at a post for a corner in the lands formerly belonging to Marnacan Hughes decd and binding on the said Hughes land, North forty three degrees, fifteen minutes east to a post for a corner from thence running and bounding by the parsonage land, north forty six degrees forty five minutes west, forty perches to a post for a corner then binding on the land formerly Richard Crawfords south forty three degrees fifteen minutes west, twenty perches to a post for a corner thence south forty degrees forty five minutes east along the lands formerly Aaron Eldredge's decd forty perches to the first place of Beginning, within which bounds is contained four acres be the same more or less, Together with all things thereto appertaining or belonging, as part or parcel of the same or reputed so to be and the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof with the appurtenances and also all the estate of the said Aaron Reeves either in law or equity of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof. To have and to hold all the said premises with the appurtenances, unto the said Ambrose Walker and to his heirs and assigns to the only proper use of the said Ambrose Walker his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Aaron Reeves doth for himself his heirs and assigns that he now is the lawful and rightful owner in fee simple of the premises herein granted, and am seized, thereof at the sealing and delivery of these presents of an indefeasible estate of inheritance in fee simple, without any manner of condition limitation or other matter to alter or determine the same, and that the said Ambrose Walker his heirs and assigns shall hold and enjoy the said premises without the lawful let or eviction of him the said Aaron Reeves heirs or assigns or any person or persons lawfully claiming by from or under him or any of them And also that he will warrant, and forever defend the before described premises with the appurtenances unto the said Ambrose Walker and to his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claim and demand of all and every person and persons freed and discharged of and from all manner of incumbrances whatsoever. In witness whereof the said Aaron Reeves have hereunto set his hands and seals the day and year first above written.

State of New Jersey Cape May County Be it remembered that on the fifteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two before Ezekiel Stevens one of the Judges of the Inferior court of Common pleas in and for said County personally came and appeared Aaron Reeves who I am satisfied is the within named grantor and to whom I first made known the contents of this Deed who acknowledged that he signed sealed and delivered the same as his voluntary act for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and expressed.
