In the name of God amen I Stephen Rives make ordain and publish this my last will and testament in the manner following (towit)
1. My will is that all my just debts be paid
2nd. that all my property remain together until my youngest child shall arrive to the age of Twenty one years at that time my will is that the equal distribution shall be made between my wife Sophia and all my children and to be divided among them equally and to those absolute property forever.
3d. I hereby make my two Brothers Thomas Rives & Robert Rives Executors of this my last will & Testament I also leave it at their descretion to buy my lands adjoining the tract I now lives on in case they should think advantageous to my family this the 3d day of May A. D. 1835
