This Indenture made this Sixth day of January one thousand Eight Hundred and forty between Andre Boyde and Loften Reeves both of the State and County aforesaid Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to me in hand paid by the said Loften Reevs the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the Said Andrew Boyde has bargained sold and Conveyed unto the said Loften Reevs all that tract or parcel of Land situate lying and being in the State and County aforesaid originally granted to John Reevs beginning on a Red oak, Running No. 10 W to a Red oak Corner thence South 8 W forty seven Chains and forty links to a holly on Williamsons Creek thence down the Meanders of the Branch to the mouth of the Branch then up said Branch to a stake a turn between the two first named Corner and I the Said Andrew Boyde will warrant and forever defend the aforesaid bargained Tract of land and premises unto the Loften Reevs his heirs and assigns for Ever in fee simple signed sealed in presents of
