This Indenture Made the 10th day of August, A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and forty (1840) Between Joseph Woods of the County of Henry, in the State of Indiana of the first part, and Nevill Reeves, of the County of Rush and State of Indiana of the Second part Witnesseth: that the Said party of the first part, in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars Lawful money 2 of the united States, to them in hand paid by the said party of the Second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, Bargained, sold, Aliened, Conveyed, and Confirmed; and by these presents do Grant, Bargain, Sell, Alien, Conveyed, and Confirm unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and Assigns forever All that certain Tract or parcel of Land Situate Lying and being in the county of Hancock and State of Indiana Containing forty Acres and Bounded as follows (Towit) The North East quarter of the South East quarter of Section thirty one, in Township Seventeen North of Range Eight East in the District of Land Subject to Sale at Indianapolis, Indiana Containing forty Acres, Together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto Belonging or in anywise appertaining and All the Estate rightGeorge W Kinder
