The Will of Ann Reaves of the County of Christian & State of Kentucky - I leave all my estate of every kind to be sold and the money arising from it to be divided among all my Children & Grand Children as if it formed a part of my late husband Miles Reaves estate and as directed by his will, except one hundred dollars thereof which said one hundred dollars I leave to my neighbor John Poindexter in trust for my grand daughter Lucy Ann Reeves the child of my son Joseph Reaves to be kept by him until my said grand child shall arrive at the age of Eighteen years when he is to pay the same to her the interest arising from the said one hundred dollars she is to have annually until she is to receive the principal - I hereby constitute & appoint my son William L. Reaves my Executor to this my will - In Witness Whereof I hereto set my hand & seal this the 30th day of March 1841 -

County of Christian, to wit     §       I Abraham Stiles the Clerk of the County Court of Christian County aforesaid do certify that this last will of Ann Reaves deceased was on this day produced in Court and proven to be the last will of the said deceased by the oaths of David C. Wootton & John C. Wootton the Subscribing Witnesses in the manner required by law and ordered to be recorded. Whereupon the in pursuance of said order the said Will together with the foregoing certificate hath been duly admitted to record in my office - Given under my hand the 24th day of April 1843.               Attest
