In the name of God Amen: I William Reeves of the County of Salem and State of New Jersey being of sound mind memory and understanding; do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say: First It is my will and I do order that all my just debts and funeral expences be duly paid and satisfide as soon as conveniantly can be after my deceas
Second I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Reeves all my estate both real and personal the same to her her heirs or assigns to hold forever or dispose of as she may think propper
Lastly I hereby appoint my loving wife Elizabeth Reeves and my brother-in-law John Cook executors of this my last will and Testament.

William Weimer one of the witnesses to the foregoing will being duly sworn did depose and say that he saw William Reeves the testator therein named sign and seal the same and heard him publish pronounce and declare the said instrument to be his last will and testament and that at the doing thereof he was of sound and disposing mind and memory so far as he knows and as he verily believes and that Benjamin Lippencott one of the other subscribing witnesses was present at the same time and signed his name as a Witness to the said will together with this deponent and in the presence of the testator
