On the application of Ellender Reaves, widow of Benjamin Reaves, who died intestate, Reuben H. Davis, Stephen Johnson, and Hugh Brodrick, are appointed to set apart so much of the crop, stock, provisions, and monies on hand, or due on others assets of the estate of the decedent, as shall be sufficient for the maintenance of herself and family for one year from the decease of her said husband, and report to the next term of this Court.
